An airline with 25 international locations throughout 19 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean required a robust network topology to support their operation in various airports. The requirement was to provide a high availability solution with dual Internet Access along with logistic support to procure and install Routers, Switches, and out of band modems.
In many cases, the challenge was to bring in a diverse circuit into the airports. This required working closely with local airport authorities to facilitate permits and local requirements. Our project managers were able to deliver the new Internet Access into airports that met the customer’s diversity requirements.
Delivering a turn-key solution was vital to the project. A large component of the initiative was to provide Cisco Routers and Switches with 24x7x4 maintenance service level agreement. The challenge was to procure and provide logistics support for the equipment and to deliver on time at the customer location. 24x7x4 support was provided via local countries spares that allow us to satisfy the SLA.
